Delivery
We handle your order as soon as possible after we receive it. The normal delivery delivery time is 1-5 working days, if an extended delivery time should occur, we will contact you via email. For deliveries to countries other than Denmark, the delivery time is 2-7 working days. Not all items are kept in stock, therefore the delivery time can be up to 5 working days.
Return
Does the item not fit as desired? Then we take it back without any problems. Via our return portal , you can easily and quickly download a return label and return slip so that you can send the item back. We process returns as soon as possible after receipt. Want to exchange for a different size or color? Then contact us via our contact form or email.
Complaint
Do you receive an item with visible defects or does the item break unnaturally? Get in touch with us via our contact form or by email. We will then process your complaint as soon as possible.
