What is XRace?

XRace is a Danish company dealing with the online sale of equipment for the go-kart sport. We have a wide range of equipment from OMP, Sparco, Alpinestars, Bell, Zamp and Arai, which are among the world's leading manufacturers of equipment for motor sports and karting. Do you have a physical store?

No Unfortunately not. XRace is exclusively a webshop and there is no possibility to try, pick up or buy at the address.
If you want to return or exchange an item, you can easily download a return label via our return portal .

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Denmark, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland and Poland. The delivery time is normally 1-5 working days in Denmark and 2-7 working days in other countries.

Can you pick up at the address?

What's the delivery time?

The delivery time for is normally 1-5 working days in Denmark and 2-6 working days in other countries. In case of extended delivery time, we will contact you.
Not all items are kept in stock, therefore the delivery time can be up to 5 working days.

Can I be sponsored by you?

If you wish to be sponsored by XRace, contact us via our contact form or at Info@XRace.dk, and we will assess whether there is a basis for a collaboration.

Is it safe to pay by debit card?

Yes it is. The law states that you may not withdraw the money before the item(s) have been dispatched. Therefore, the amount will remain as reserved until the goods have been dispatched. A larger amount than you have approved can never be withdrawn. Therefore, you can safely shop with a payment card.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order if you contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. If your order has been prepared and sent, unfortunately we cannot do anything until you receive the order and then send it back.

Can I exchange an item if it does not fit?

Yes of course. Equipment must sit exactly as desired. Therefore, you can easily return the wrong size by going to our return portal which you will find at the bottom of the page. The item must be returned no later than 60 days after you have received it.
