Return and right of cancellation
There is a 60-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 60 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation the order must be in our hands no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.
The notice must be given by email at Info@xrace.dk , where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also use our return portal, which you can find here Return portal .
It is up to XRace to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to XRace within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
XRace covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.
